Afrikat catamaran cruise from Puerto Rico
A four and a half hour catamaran trip along the south-west coast with a stop to swim and snorkel, a meal made by the crew and unlimited drinks on board.

About this activity
The day starts with a coach pickup from one of the collection points in the south, followed by a safety briefing in Puerto Rico before you board the Afrikat catamaran. From there you sail along the south-west coastline, past beaches, cliffs and coves, with about an hour of cruising each way.
The boat anchors near Mogán for around two and a half hours. That is when you can swim, use the snorkelling gear that comes with the trip, and eat the meal the crew prepare: a chicken wrap with optional bacon bits, salad and sauces, plus pasta salad. The bar keeps going throughout with beer, sangria, soft drinks, juice, coffee and water at no extra cost.
If you want more than a swim, the stop is also where the water sports happen. Jet skis, the doughnut ride, parasailing and a speedboat ride with the captain are all paid for separately on the day, so bring a card or some cash. On Friday mornings there is live music on board.
